Welcome to Sigrid Gangsoy Art. I hope my work offers a sense of beauty, calm, curiosity and connection through expressive and thoughtfully created artworks for both residential and commercial spaces.

To give you a little background, I studied design at the London College of Furniture as well as the renowned Randwick TAFE, and have spent over 20 years running my own creative business. My background in interior design, furniture refurbishment and visual composition has deeply influenced my artistic practice and the way I approach texture, balance, form and atmosphere within my work.

Over the years I have worked across a wide range of residential interiors, commercial projects and hotel spaces, developing a strong understanding of how art can transform and elevate an environment. My experience in colour, materials, spatial harmony and furnishings continues to inform my artwork, resulting in pieces that are both expressive and highly considered within a space.

My artworks are inspired by organic movement, contrast, emotion and experimentation, often exploring the balance between calm and chaos. Each piece is created with an intuitive yet refined approach, designed to bring depth, character and feeling into an interior.

Having spent decades working closely with clients, tradespeople and creatives, I understand the importance of professionalism, communication and creating work that feels personal and enduring.
